BREAKING GROUND A SUCCESS!!!

 Euclid, Ohio

The Great Lakes Wrestling Federation hosted their first inaugural show "BREAKING GROUND 1" at the NEO Sports plant, and for those that were in attendance they were not disappointed.

Match 1 saw the "Fashionista of professional Wrestling" Calvin Couture face the "Resident stunt man" Rex Robey. Calvin would trade insults with the fans until the first bell. Couture would also have somewhat of the upper hand until Robey turned the tables. In the after a reversal out of the corner and a power bomb Rex Robey would get the win.

Match 2 would see the luchador El Taino against the "The American Hoodlum and Original Grapplah" KJE. Being undersized, Taino would keep KJE off balance until the strikes of KJE would catch up to Taino. Taino would fight hard, but in the end Taino would take a hard knee to the face and then be choked out by KJE who won by submission. After the match Tyrik would get in the ring and challenge KJE to a match which KJE accepted.

Match 3 pitted Tyler Klein against Bryan Convel. It was a even match and Convel would have the match won until Calvin Couture distracted the referee which helped Klein get the roll-up pin and the win.

Match 4 was the semi-main event where " The Heart-stringer" Ashton Day go against "The Lost Prodigy" Dios Salvador. These two put on a show and battled to a time limit draw. The Crowd wanted five more minutes and began to demand it even more as Dios grabbed the mic and asked Day to respond. Ashton Day refused but then Dios presented a 2 out of 3 falls match next month to which Ashton accepted.

Match 5 was the main event. Vincent Nothing squared off against Viktor Vale in a heavyweight bout. Vincent being the striker and submission specialist would attack the arms of Vale to try and minimize Vale's power. Towards the end of the match Vale would get a bit of an edge until the damaged arm put him back at a disadvantage. Vincent nothing's power and strikes would take their toll and in the end a back kick to Vale after throwing him off the top rope and followed by a double arm submission would spell the end for Vale and give Vincent Nothing the win.

Tentatively, the next Great lakes Wrestling Federation show will be March 10th. Further details will be given as they are released.
